Fried Rice Paradise is the brainchild of J (yes, that's me) of Feast To The World. I grew up in both Singapore and Malaysia and after years being in the home comfort wilderness, I have decided to channel my cravings passion of my childhood food to the greater good....to spread the true gospel of Singaporean food. 


Growing up, I have always been the most glutton of child and would sneaked into my nan's kitchen to steal a quick bite on anything that have just been freshly prepared. My nan was a great cook and being a Nonya (a descendant of Straits Chinese and Malay race) ,she was brought up to possessed all these incredible culinary skills. In additional to that, she was always fascinated by other cuisines and she would taught herself all theses wonderful arrays of dishes. Watching her in the kitchen always excites me and I have spent a lot of my time creating havoc in the kitchen as well as picking up tips on cooking from her. I have watched how she would spent hours pounding the rempah/spice paste and sometimes, an entire day to prepare a family meal. One of my most treasured recipe was her Hainanese Chicken Rice which will be included in my repertoire  to honour her.


My own food blog so far had led me into sharing my cooking and recipes to the general public but now I've decided to start my very own supper club to showcase all the wonderful and delectable food that Singapore and Malaysia has to offer. 


I am very excited about this venture of mine and I can't wait to feed you all. Please do drop by and have a sample of these delicious food yourself.
